An AI Outlier is someone whose technical capacity in AI exceeds the demands of their environment. They research, build, and ship at frontier level — but often from places without frontier infrastructure, without dense peer networks, without the seat at the table that geography grants. Outliers are not defined by credentials or current output. They are defined by the density of capability they hold per unit of context. They exist everywhere. They've always existed. They were just scattered.
